Depending on where you are travelling and vaccination status you may required either an Antigen test 24 hours before departure, or a PCR 72 hours before departure.
Typically, if you haven’t had a booster jab in the last 6 months you will need a test.
Always check the Entry Requirements to the country you are travelling. If you aren’t sure.. call us now for free advice.
All returns are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24. Royal Mail do not ship on Sundays. We strongly advise for all Home Test Kits to be returned placing your pacage in a Priority Post Box no later than 3pm on Thursday to allow Royal Mail to ship your package to arrive before Sunday.
When your test is complete we send all PDF Certificates by Email, please check to see if it has gone to your spam or junk inbox instead. You can also track your test online by logging in our Track a Test app. There you will be able to see if we have received your package, if it is in processing and when your test is complete. You can also download your report on our app if it is available. If you are still unable to locate your report please contact urgent@nlclinic.co.uk for support.
Note,
• Day 2 tests can be done on Day 0, 1 or 2 from arrival. Expect results up to 48 hours from receipt in our laboratory. PHE requirement is all Day 2 tests to be sequenced within 72 hours.
• Day 5 tests must not be conducted no sooner than 5 full days from arrival. Test to Release are always expedited in our laboratory with results processed within 24hours from receipt of the package. i.e. If your package arrives from Royal Mail in the evening it will not be processed until the following day. If your package arrives in the morning it will be processed that day. For more reliable results we advise to visit us in our clinic for Day 5 tests.
• Day 8 tests must not be conducted no sooner than 8 full days from arrival. Expect results up to 48 hours from receipt in our laboratory.
